Last week I went to Redlands Aikikai to attend a seminar, by Keven Choate, Sensei. Choate Sensei is the chief instructor of Chicago Aikikai. It was a two day seminar with a 5 hour class on each day. I always enjoy Choate, Sensei's perspective on Aikido. Plus he is just a very nice guy!
The first Aikido seminar I ever attended was at his dojo around 1994. It was a real treat watching him attack Saotome Sensei. I will never forget it.
