I find it interesting that a number of people seem to equate Charter Schools with lefty liberal movements. I am not sure why this is. I can think of at least three reasons why Charter Schools should be embraced by true conservatives.
1. Charter Schools are a key component of the School Choice movement, which has long been a key position of true conservatives.
2. Charter Schools are actually an example of "small government". They do away with an entire layer of administration, and are measurably more efficient because of it. To put it bluntly. They save money
